Dr Alan Hamilton Dr. Hamilton was born in Niagara Falls, Canada and grew up in Montreal and Niagara Falls. He attended medical school at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, graduating in 1983. He completed a residency program in Family Medicine at Queen’s University. After practicing in Dryden, Ontario (100 miles due north of International Falls, Minn.) for seven years he moved to Phoenix in 1993.

He is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the American Board of Family Medicine. He earned a fellowship from the College of Family Physicians of Canada in 2003. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the College of Family Physicians of Canada, the Canadian and Ontario Medical Associations.

His interests are sports medicine, disease prevention as well as skiing and computers.

Kristi Chase, M.S.N., F.N.P.-C.

Kristi Chase FNP Kristi is a native of Phoenix, Arizona. She attended Arizona State University and graduated with a Master of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2005.

She has worked at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix and several family practice offices before joining our office in 2009.

Kristi is married with 2 young children.

Dahlia Maskin, B.A., M.S.W., P.A.-C.

Dahlia Maskin PA-C Dahlia is a native of Brooklyn, N.Y. She attended Midwestern University in Phoenix and graduated from the Physician's Assistant Program in 2002. She has worked in several family practice offices as well as with the Mayo Clinic and Hospital in Arizona. She joined our office in 2009.
