Dr Alan HamiltonDr. Hamilton was born in Niagara Falls, Canada and grew up in Montreal and Niagara Falls. He attended medical school at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, graduating in 1983. He completed a residency program in Family Medicine at Queen’s University. After practicing in Dryden, Ontario (100 miles due north of International Falls, Minn.) for seven years he moved to Phoenix in 1993. 

He is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the American Board of Family Medicine. He earned a fellowship from the College of Family Physicians of Canada in 2003. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the College of Family Physicians of Canada, the Canadian and Ontario Medical Associations.

His interests are sports medicine, disease prevention as well as skiing and computers.

Audrey Corsberg FNPAudrey is an Arizona native born in Mesa, AZ. Her family moved to Northern Arizona in 1980. She grew up in Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona. She attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff and graduated with BSN in 1995. She has traveled to Europe, Australia, Canada, and Tanzania, Africa. She lived in Hawaii for awhile and worked as a travel nurse in pediatrics. She then attended ASU's graduate program in nursing to earn her family nurse practitioner degree. She graduated in 2005 and joined our office in 2007.

Audrey still loves to travel, but also enjoys skiing, camping, and backpacking. Her favorite hobby is running and she is involved with Girls on the Run promoting running among school girls.  Her first marathon was in January of 2007. She is married to Eddie.

Kristi Chase, M.S.N., F.N.P.-C.

     Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

     Master of Science Nursing

 

Kristi Chase FNPKristi is a native of Phoenix, Arizona. She attended Arizona State University and graduated with a Master of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2005.

She has worked at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix and several family practice offices before joining our office in 2009.

Kristi is married with 2 young children.

 

 

 

Dahlia Maskin, B.A., M.S.W., P.A.-C.

     Certified Physician Assistant

     Master of Social Work

 

Dahlia Maskin PA-CDahlia is a native of Brooklyn, N.Y. She attended Midwestern University in Phoenix and graduated from the Physician's Assistant Program in 2002. She has worked in several family practice offices as well as with the Mayo Clinic and Hospital in Arizona. She joined our office in 2009.

 

She enjoys teaching and is a preceptor with the Midwestern University Physician Assistant Program and the Arizona School of Health Sciences.

 

Dahlia enjoys running, hiking and travel. She is married with 2 young children.
