Dr.
Hamilton was born in Niagara Falls, Canada and grew up in Montreal and
Niagara Falls. He attended medical school at Queen’s University in
Kingston, Ontario, graduating in 1983. He completed a residency program
in Family Medicine at Queen’s University. After practicing in Dryden,
Ontario for seven years he moved to Phoenix in 1993.
He is certified by the College of Family Physicians of
Canada and the American Board of Family Medicine. He earned a fellowship
from the College of Family Physicians of Canada in 2003. He is a member of
the American Academy of Family Physicians, the College of Family Physicians
of Canada, the Canadian and Ontario Medical Associations.
His interests are sports medicine, disease prevention
as well as skiing and computers.

Audrey
is an Arizona native born in Mesa, AZ. Her family moved to Northern
Arizona in 1980. She grew up in Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona. She attended
Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff and graduated with BSN in 1995. She has traveled to Europe,
Australia, Canada, and Tanzania, Africa. She lived in Hawaii for awhile
and worked as a travel nurse in pediatrics. She then attended ASU's
graduate program in nursing to earn her family nurse practitioner
degree. She graduated in 2005 and joined our office in 2007.
She still loves to travel, but also enjoys skiing, camping, and backpacking.
Her favorite hobby is running. Her first marathon
was in January of 2007.
Stephanie Wolff, P.A.-C.
Certified Physician Assistant
Stephanie
is an Arizona native born in Phoenix, AZ. Stephanie attended Arizona
State University and graduated with a B.S. in Life Sciences May 2000.
She then proceeded with the Physician Assistant program at Midwestern
University in Glendale, AZ graduating in August 2003. Since then, she
has worked for a plastic/cosmetic surgeon and then moved into a family
practice. She joined our office in April 2007.
Stephanie is married to Dustin who is also an Arizona native and they
have two children, Austin and Ashley. When both parents aren’t
working they are spending time with the family up north at the cabin.
The family enjoys snow skiing, water skiing and riding quads in the
forest.
We are pleased to announce that Audrey Corsberg, a Family Nurse Practitioner,
and Stephanie Wolff, a Physician Assistant have
joined the practice. They look forward to helping with your health
care needs.
